-Once you have narrowed the list and you feel comfortable moving forward, Kenny will conduct research on these properties to make sure there are no surprises and that you know exactly what you’re looking at. Examples of information he would have for you would be prior sale dates and values, approximate property corner locations (as needed on larger tracts), his opinion of price with comparables to justify, and other material facts that would likely affect the properties value in either direction.
-Once you have decided that it’s time to make an offer, Kenny will guide you through this process and make sure that your interests are protected. He will communicate with you openly and negotiate the best possible deal for you and your circumstances. Negotiations has always been one of Kenny’s strengths and his approach has saved his clients thousands of dollars time and time again.
-Once we have a signed contract, Kenny will guide you through the pre closing procedures to make sure this property is exactly what you think it is and exactly what you want. Kenny will assist in setting and attending appointments for the appraisal, inspections, surveys, etc. as needed. He will remain in contact with both you and your lender to make sure that everything is staying on task in order for you to close on the date you agreed to.
